The human body recognizes nutrition in the form of food. The problem we face today is finding quality food that delivers the nutrients our bodies require. Organic groceries are helpful, but the amount of food we’d have to consume required to fill our nutrient deficits is impractical. After decades of soil contamination we have compromised food sources and our health is paying the price.

The bottom line: your body recognizes chemicals as a threat. You either eliminate them, causing stress for your organs, or you produce an immune response to fight them. Wouldn’t you rather use your life force and immunity to fight a disease or stay younger, longer?
Chemical vitamins and fertilizer residues are a liability. Your body will harvest what it needs from your own tissues in order to manage the chemicals that caused imbalance.
But the label says it’s a “whole food” vitamin! What about Nutraceuticals? Many supplement companies use some form of food in their products so that the label looks good. Other companies combine chemically-derived vitamins with those foods and call them whole food vitamins. These products may only contain 10% food (which may make no difference in your health) in order to be labeled a food supplement. Or they may be heat-processed and rancid.
